We’re wired differently.

I was scheduled with a Meritage home warranty service for ring doorbell issues with Edmonson Electric. First of all Kalina was great with scheduling and taking my call. 2nd the service tech Nate was outstanding. Not only was he professional but went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. The poor guy even vacuumed up when he was done for a little dust. I would highly recommend this service tech and this company. Even after the warranty with my new home comes to an end, I will now be their customer 100%. Thank you for the great service.

I honestly can not say enough good things about the recent experience I had with this company and our service technician that came to our new build home. Robert was our tech, he was punctual, professional, and had an amazing ability in explaining what our issue was to us in simple terminology. He was very patient with us as well as all of our questions and concerns. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job, and is extremely knowledgable in his field. We had a GFCI compatibility issue with our new garage door opener, but he was able to fix our problem while also saving us a whole days work again to install another opener.

Yvette, on the customer service line was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I was having issues with a few of my electrical breakers, and she is getting someone to come out ASAP!! And she told me about the warranty I have with the old breakers so if this happens again I will already have breakers for the electrician and won’t cost as much! Really glad I got Yvette on the phone! She was a real joy and put a smile on my face! Great energy through the phone!

We had the pleasure of having Emio to our home, he was awesome to say the least. He was very professional and courteous while at our home and you could tell he was passionate about his work. He took the time to explain to me what was happening and I let him know our plans to put dimmer switches in, he gave me some great pointers on my installation and even showed me what to do when doing the installation. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a tech in my home, this guys was great!!!
